1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

  • Post-Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Replacement Policy (Damaged Goods)

If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a Replacement of the same item. Please note the following mandatory requirements:

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide a continuous unboxing video that clearly shows the package being opened for the first time and highlights the damage to the product.
  • Reporting Period: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Conditions for Replacement

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will coordinate with you for a suitable alternative or a refund.
  • The replacement will be processed once the damaged item is received and inspected at our facility.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain agricultural products (such as live plants or perishable items, if applicable) may have specific handling requirements. If a product is damaged due to customer mishandling after unboxing, it will not be eligible for replacement.
